Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Terms

  • VeryGood offers subscription plans for controlling device usage with face recognition authentication.
  • All plans require a minimum commitment of 1 month. Subscriptions can be purchased for up to 1 year at a time.
  • Payment is collected in advance for the full duration of the selected plan.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the app or your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.
  • No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused days after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription period (monthly or yearly) once payment has been processed.
  • Exceptions are made only in cases where:
    • The app is inaccessible due to verified technical issues on our end, and you contact support within 7 days of purchase.
    • You were charged in error (for example, duplicate charges for the same period).

4. How to Request a Refund (for Eligible Cases)

  • For refund requests that meet the exception criteria above, contact us at support@verygoodapp.com with your account details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Auto-Renewal

  • All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the current period unless canceled in advance.
  • It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue.

6. Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
  • Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
